Hannah is so amazing at what she does. I could go on and on about her and why anyone should book with her for their special day. She really kept me on track and thinks of EVERYTHING! I booked her for day of coordination for my wedding and she did way more than just day of coordination. She was there for me in every step of the way and we couldn’t have done it without her!!

Navi is THE BEST wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond to make the wedding a beautiful event. She took care of so much so we could enjoy the day. Her rentals are affordable and very nice. She also has mental health background and offers to meet with anyone who needs it week of wedding. She's truly a wonderful person and has found her calling. I would 100% recommend you use her for your wedding or event.

Hiring Hannah to coordinate for us was one of the best decisions we made. So glad she was there covering all of the details. She does her your work with excellence, humility, patience, and kindness. That is what sets her apart. After interviewing several coordinators, I would definitely recommend her to the next bride to be. She will make sure all of the details are covered in the weeks before the wedding and she will ensure that your big day is seamless. Hannah was so kind, calm, and effective. I was a wedding vendor with her at a recent wedding she did at a high-end, luxury wedding. This wedding had so many moving parts -- multiple multiple vendors and lots of details. The bride obviously had a gorgeous, intricate vision which she and her team pulled off perfectly. Navi Coordination is a rockstar wedding coordination/planning team!!! I attached a picture of the seating chart, one of the elements from this day.

Hannah is an absolute gem to work with and I could not have gotten through our wedding day without her. Hannah guided me throughout my wedding process with monthly meetings for about 7 months before the big day. I had a very DIY backyard wedding and needed a LOT of guidance. I had no idea how clueless I was until she came in. Hannah gave me in-site on things I would have never have thought of (alcohol/event permits, city noise ordinance, etc) and made sure I kept every thing legal and protected my professional license. She makes a timeline + canva master book of all the details of our wedding and fills it out during our meetings, allowing me to add my input on my own time. She called all our vendors the week of the wedding to confirm, to which we found out we had not officially booked with one. Hannah got it fixed immediately that day, just 2 days before the wedding! On our big day she hustled around getting everything in place with our guests and vendors, even fanning out my dress at the alter (thank you!!!). We highly recommend booking with Hannah!
