• Up to 16 hours of on site coordination
• 2 staff members on site
• Vendor communication takeover: 1 month out
• Travel included: 90 miles roundtrip
• Set up & tear down of client decor

Timeline creation

Client portal access

Act as contact person for vendor arrival the day of the event

Point person for any vendors, friends, and family the day before and day of the wedding

Coordinate wedding rehearsal practice

Assist media teams (photo/video/content creators etc) with maintaining schedule

Distribute detailed timeline to all individuals who need it (vendors, wedding party, family etc)

Communicates between the venue/ceremony space/reception space and vendors/family/wedding party

Assists in ceremony timing and coordination

Distribute any outstanding payments/tips to any vendors

Troubleshoots anything that arises throughout the day

Checks in with the couple for extra assistance

Assistance with signing marriage license and accompanying documents

Helping with venue accessibility for guests with disabilities
