• Full-day wedding coordination from bridal party glam to send off or dismissal
• Communication with vendors beginning 48 hours prior to event
• Second coordinator during event
• Distribute payment to outstanding vendor costs, via cash or check
• Distributing tips to vendors
• Act as contact person for vendor arrival the day of the event
• Assist photographer/videographer with maintaining schedule
• Point person for any vendors, friends, and family the day before and day of the wedding
• Coordinate rehearsal practice
• Ensures that a detailed schedule of the day or week has been compiled and distributed to those who need it
• Acts as each vendor’s point of contact
• Communicates between the venue/ceremony space and the wedding party
• Assists in ceremony timing and coordination
• Troubleshoots anything that arises throughout the day
• Checks in with the couple for extra assistance
• Marriage license and accompanying documents
• Helping with venue accessibility for guests with disabilities
• Up to 60 mile travel included, no additional charge
