Bailey + Nolan
An Intimate Ceremony and Unforgettable Celebration
Bailey and Nolan knew they wanted their wedding to include all of the people they loved, but they also wanted the promises they made to one another to feel private and intimate. Instead of choosing between the two, they created a wedding day that gave them both.
A semi private ceremony surrounded by their closest family and wedding party was followed by a celebration with everyone they loved, complete with meaningful details, incredible food, a packed dance floor, and plenty of moments that felt unmistakably Bailey and Nolan.
The Vision
From the beginning, Bailey and Nolan envisioned their wedding a little differently. Celebrating with their extended family and friends was incredibly important to them, but when it came to their ceremony, they wanted something quieter and more intimate.
Guests were invited to begin the evening at cocktail hour, where the bar was open and appetizers and the food truck were ready to enjoy as soon as they arrived. Shortly afterward, Bailey and Nolan gathered outside behind the venue for their ceremony, surrounded closely by their parents, grandparents, and wedding party. Guests were still able to see the ceremony taking place from a distance, but the sound and the words being exchanged remained private to the people gathered immediately around them.
During the ceremony, Bailey and Nolan also completed a unity ceremony using a personalized photo puzzle. Piece by piece, they assembled the image together, creating something meaningful that could later be displayed and shared with their guests.
Bringing It All Together
So many of Bailey and Nolan’s wedding details were rooted in memories they had already createdtogether. Their floral arrangements were displayed in growlers collected throughout their date nights and adventures, turning pieces of their relationship into beautiful and personal wedding decor.
The thoughtful details began well before the ceremony. That morning, Bailey surprised her bridesmaids by bringing in Heart + Spark to give each of them a permanent bracelet as her gift to them. It was such a sweet way to slow down the morning and create another memory with the women standing beside her later that day.
With a wedding structured differently from a traditional ceremony and reception, thoughtful logistics were especially important. Navi helped keep each portion of the day on track, coordinated the transitions between events, and made sure the details Bailey and Nolan had planned were able to unfold naturally without losing the relaxed atmosphere they wanted for their guests.
From Ceremony to Celebration
Once Bailey and Nolan were officially married, their intimate ceremony transitioned seamlessly into the celebration they had been waiting for.
Guests enjoyed the bar, Dashboard Food Truck, and some truly divine charcuterie cups by Kendell Bonner before everyone came together for a reception filled with sentimental speeches and special parent dances. The food truck was easily a crowd favorite, and of course Bailey had to get in line herself for one of her favorite foods: a hot dog!
Bailey and Nolan also made sure their guests could enjoy the celebration without worrying about how they would get home. Transportation through Royal Transportation was available for guests who needed it, adding another thoughtful layer to the experience.
Then the dance floor opened, and it stayed full all night.
The Final Result
Bailey and Nolan’s wedding was such a beautiful example of creating a wedding around what actually matters to you rather than simply following tradition.
They found a way to exchange their vows in an intimate setting while still including all of their family and friends in the experience of their wedding day. They filled the celebration with pieces of their story, from growlers collected during their adventures to a unity puzzle they could share with guests after the ceremony.
At the end of the night, everyone gathered for a glow stick send off, giving Bailey and Nolan one final celebration surrounded by the people they love.
But their wedding was not quite over.
After their guests had departed, Bailey and Nolan returned to the patio for a private cake cutting.
After a day spent celebrating with everyone else, they ended it with one quiet tradition shared just between the two of them.
From an intimate ceremony to a completely packed dance floor, their wedding was sentimental, unconventional, incredibly fun, and completely true to them. And that is exactly what a wedding should be.
